Need to return an item?

Fill out the returns form that was sent with your order. Please email us if you need a form.
Pack the item/s in a new or suitable parcel

Returns Policy

Returns to be sent back within 14 days from original purchase for store credit or exchange

Once the item/s have been returned and inspected, we will email you to advise we have received the goods back, then we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange

Once approved we will give you store credit of the exact amount of your purchase (please allow 5 days for processing)

Amaro Clothing has the right to refuse any store credit/exchange if the item has been used or damaged.

Amaro Clothing has the right to examine the item/s returned and can make the decision if you are eligible for store credit or exchange

There are certain situations where no store credits or exchanges will be granted.
These include:

  • distinct smell
  • blemishes
  • covered in hair including animal hair
  • not in it’s original condition, damaged, or missing parts related to the item
  • any item that is returned after 14 days
